HOW TO JUMP START YOUR  POSITIVITY

 

WHEN NEGATIVITY SURROUNDS YOU – TIPS TO FIND POSITIVITY

We have all tapped into situations where a family member or friends are unsupportive and negative towards our life choices, or energy vampires that leave you feeling drained every time you hang out with them

Avoidance is cutting people off, and the problems go away, we are all able to do that but the underlying issue  will  always remain. Just like taking a pill when you’re sick, but not dealing with what caused the illness in the first place! This is not the way to deal with the problem, avoidance or suppression is not the answer

 

FACE IT 

Running away from problems by using avoidance,  setting boundaries is the solution.  Allowing people to cross that line, we give permission for others to be rude, to manipulate, lie, drain our energy, bully, disrespect, take advantage of our nature  ..

It is easy to avoid the problem because it’s pleasing temporarily.  That feeling won’t last very long, if you have ever been in this situation, you know the feeling, I know the feeling all too well. The problem is not with the negative family or friend; but within us

SPEAK OUR TRUTH CALMLY AND RESPECTFULLY

Standing up to negative people in your life and stopping people crossing the line you have set.   How you choose to respond to situations, in midst of negativity,  is the most important. Don’t be afraid to be rejected while you relay your truth, that is your internal freedom. Stand for who you are and always make this politely and  respectfully clear to the people who push those boundaries. So instead of avoiding , Speaking Your truth, will result in mental freedom!

PUT  YOURSELF FIRST

No one will accept us , know one will love us, like the way we love and care for ourselves. If we want to remove ourselves from a negative situation do it with these above tips in mind
